*NAMES OF INSTITUTIONS
These are the names of the institutions where meetings are located. The name is listed only as a reference. NA is not affiliated with any institution or organization and pays rent for all meeting space.

**CLOSED MEETINGS
These meetings are for individuals concerned about their own personal problems with drugs (including alcohol). If you are a family member or other interested party, please attend any open meeting. All meetings are open, unless marked as closed.

***GENDER BASED MEETINGS
We also have meetings that specifically address staying clean with a focus on gender related topics. This can include meetings for cisgender men, cisgender women or LGBTQ-inclusive and gender nonconforming persons, (transgender, transsexual, lesbian, gay, non-binary, etc.) Each group will notate its focus. No one is turned away, but these meetings may veer toward discussing problems and solutions in recovery with a focus on gender.

MEETING AFFILIATION
Meetings in the metro area may join one of two NA Service Committees for organizational support. We designate these affiliations as follows:
NOA = New Orleans Area Service Committee
UA = Unity Area Service Committee
IM = Independent Meeting. Not affiliated with any service committee, but uses “The 12 Traditions of NA” as their operating principles.
